When you request a quotation or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property location or postcode, service required, preferred timeframe and the details you choose to include in your message. If you proceed with a service, we may also collect the information reasonably necessary to deliver it and maintain business records.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate with you and, where applicable, arrange and deliver our services. Our lawful bases will normally be taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, and our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and business operations. We do not use website enquiry details to send marketing emails without an appropriate lawful basis.
Who may process it
Website enquiry submissions are handled using Netlify Forms. Form notifications and communications may be processed through our business email provider, Google. These services may process information on our behalf, subject to their terms and applicable data protection requirements. We do not sell enquiry information.
Storage and retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry, maintain appropriate business records or meet legal obligations. Records relating to completed work, invoices or disputes may need to be retained longer. We periodically review information and remove records when no longer necessary.
International processing
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, relevant transfer protections apply through the providers' contractual and legal arrangements.
Cookies and technical information
We have not intentionally added advertising or behavioural analytics scripts to this website. Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. If analytics or additional cookies are introduced, we will update this notice and implement any consent controls required by law.
